We strive to treat all our customers like friends, giving each one the best customer experience we can. We want every customer to leave our stores feeling that they received a great deal, with great customer service, from professionals that treated them with respect and helped them find the phones, services or accessories that they were looking for.

Greg Mistak Greg lives locally in St. Charles and has a family of six - a lovely wife, three girls and one boy.  Greg is very active in the community.  He enjoys helping various charitable organizations and, within the last few years, he has helped the local women's shelters collect thousands of phones to be used for emergency 911 services. Professionally, Greg has worked in communications all of his life.  He started at Motorola in Schaumburg, in inside sales, selling two way radios and pagers over the phone.  Motorola had the best training and it was a great platform to build his communications career on. While at Motorola, Greg became more interested in sales and particularly liked pagers.  He wanted to specialize in pagers and worked for American Paging as an outside salesperson.  He worked in the paging field for 10 years in various positions of sales and sales management.  When pagers went the way of the dinosaurs, he switched fields into cellular sales and started up with Nextel, the phone that is a pager, cellular phone, data device and two-way radio. Nextel has been a great partner to work with.  Greg started in sales management managing stores and, within the last 7 years, started his stores.  He has had four stores in the past and recently two were sold to make more time for the stores in the collar counties of Chicago.  In the past three years, his stores have also become Kane county?s largest service center.  Greg really enjoys being able to offer the repair services for those customers who prefer to repair rather than upgrade their phones. When Sprint merged with Nextel, Greg was asked to become an exclusive Nextel and Sprint dealer selling a full line of cellular phones and accessories.  Also, with his stores? great track record of repairs for Nextel they were asked to be the repair center for Sprint, which also fit in line with Greg?s business plan. Greg really enjoys the communications field and hopes to expand to more stores in the near future.		Tom Mistak Tom was introduced to Nextel by his brother, Greg, in 1997, while living in California.  He grew up in Illinois, around the Chicago suburbs. After graduating High School in 1981, Tom moved to California to finish his BA degree in business/psychology.  While in California, he worked several sales jobs.  His longest job was with a commercial/residential sales distributor which sold air purification systems.  He started as a sales representative, going into the field on sales calls.  Soon afterwards, he moved into a management position, and then a Corporate Sales trainer position. Tom helped train from 6 to 8 sales offices in all of California from San Diego to Northern California, around the San Jose area.  He was offered an opportunity to work with his brother in 1997, and come back to his home town in Illinois. His Brother had already been working with Nextel, from being a sales representative to a Dealer manager to opening a retail store as an Authorized Sales Representative.  After working with a sales office in Addison, Illinois for nearly 3 years, he joined his brother in their St. Charles store.  They opened their second store in South Elgin in 2005.  Tom and Greg take pride in offering outstanding customer service and offer a mature, more experienced service that other stores don't have.  For friendly, mature and experienced people come see us at Instant communication.
