I was a customer on 3/11/2006. I went to see what was wrong with my cell phone. The problem was the speaker and a young man (Joey) fixed it for me in less than 5 minutes. I paid and left thinking how well I was treated. Two days later I was buying gas and couldn't find my American Express card. I realized that the last time I used the card was at Instant Communication, so I called over there. I talked to Greg Mistak and he said the card was at the store, and he would wait until after 5 pm closing time until I was able to get there. Please tell them 'Thanks again' for me. Your store showed great customer service.
